Feeling a little off-track when it comes to fitness since the holidays? Our January Fitness Challenge will get you moving and open up your eyes to a few new possibilities for the New Year.

January is the perfect time to try something NEW! Don't keep doing the same exercises and think they will be the answer - challenge yourself to learn some different moves which work different muscle groups and provide different results starting today!
Beginning January 1st, we will be handing out a list at the Front Desk/Service Desk of a new exercise for each day of the month. These lists will also be posted in areas of the Fitness Center. Thirty-one exercises for thirty-one days, each for you to try, add to your routine and use to broaden your fitness horizons. Old favorites like squats and walking will be on the list but maybe you haven't included them in your routine lately. Some will be easy and many will pose a challenge because you haven't tried them before. Please ask our Fitness Rep for assistance if you need a demonstration or explanation of a certain exercise.
Be sure to fill out a raffle slip for each day that you try the "Exercise of the Day". A prize drawing will be held on February 1st.
