Welcome to our August 2022 DRINK YOUR WATER CHALLENGE!
For the 31 days of August, we challenge you to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day. It's the perfect time of the year as it is the hottest month and we tend to sweat and deplete the water in our bodies. Pick up a Water Tracking Sheet at the Service/Front Desk and mark off the glasses of water as you drink them throughout the day.
