March is National Nutrition Month and this year’s theme is “Fuel for the Future”.
Start to fuel your future by eating more plant foods in March’s Eat More Plants Social Challenge provided by Franciscan WELLCARE and Kristal Twardy, our very own RDN, CSOWM, LD. Registered Dietitian and Health Coach. So, for National Nutrition Month take the challenge and see if YOU can eat more plants!
How to Participate:
At the beginning of each week we will post the plant food tracking sheet and plant based food ideas for you to try.
Write down each plant food you eat in the spaces provided.
Keep track of your progress each week and see if you can increase your plant food intake each week.
