Let’s finish the year off strong with a weight loss challenge! This November, compete against other members in a 4-week long weight loss competition! Not only will this help hold you accountable, but you will also be entered in a raffle for a chance to win a prize! Exercise guides, which include exercises from previous challenges, will be available to help you achieve your goals.
Participants will need to track their weight in a binder located at the Fitness Desk. All participants are encouraged to use the weight scales that are in their respective locker rooms. You will be responsible for weighing yourself the first week of November, the week of November 15th, and the last week of November.
If you are trying to lose weight and like the idea of prizes, then this is the challenge for you. Additionally, this is a great way to prevent holiday weight gain. There is no registration needed to participate. Simply, track your weight in the binder that will be located at the Fitness Desk and get to work!
