Join us Wednesday, August 21st for our
Group Exercise Pop-Up Day!
And, sample some of the great classes we have to offer! For your convenience, we have both morning and evening sessions available. From 8:00am-9:20am take a series of shortened high-intensity classes and feel the burn! Stay after a 10 minute break, or skip the high-intensity classes and join us at 9:30am to challenge your body in an entirely different way with two low-intensity classes. We will feature several different choices in our 5:30pm-6:50pm high-intensity session and 7:00pm-8:00pm low-intensity sessions. Participation in the full hour blocks are highly encouraged but not required.
This is a perfect way to see which classes you may be interested in taking without having to go to a full class. It's also a great time to ask a friend or two to join you as GUESTS ARE WELCOME - the classes are FREE but class size is limited for everyone's comfort and safety.
