Did you know that April 13th is National Make Lunch Count Day? Contrary to popular belief, breakfast isn’t the only important meal of the day!
Join us for April’s Healthy Recipe Challenge where we would like to encourage our members to share their healthy recipes with us! Eating healthy and making sensible choices are a great start to self-care and taking charge of your own health. What is your favorite go-to snack on a busy day? What meal do you make so often, you no longer need to reference the recipe? We can’t wait to see your healthy recipe submissions!
How to enter:
· Email a picture of the healthy meal or snack you’ve made with the recipe each week to @alexandria.montanez@franciscanalliance.org.
· Every email is your entry for a drawing each week. The winner receives a shout out on all of our social media pages for their winning recipe the following week!
· This challenge runs through the end of April
