Trying to keep up with those New Year’s resolutions but struggling with consistency? Aiming to create a way to make the time to exercise regularly? Some habits are effortlessly part of our daily lives, like browsing through social media from time to time, and some take a little more work and planning. With our March challenge, we would LOVE to help make showing up to the gym more fun and rewarding!
Of all the places we are excited to check in, whether in person or on social media, there is a proud sense of self-satisfaction that we made it.
Not to mention,
1. It gives you bragging rights - letting your friends know that you are here, working out, and killing it! (Maybe that will give them the incentive to come and join you...)
2. It helps you keep track of how often you come to the Club and to hold yourself accountable. What a great way to give yourself a pat on the back!
Sometimes, one of the hardest things to do is to just show up, especially to the gym. After a great workout though, we get to say “I did it!” This month’s social media challenge will be a “Check-in Challenge.” Here’s how it works…
Upon arrival at the club, check-in on Facebook. Not sure how to check-in? Just ask-we'll be happy to show you. For every 5 check-ins on Facebook, members will receive one entry to be put into a raffle. This challenge will run through the month of March. Within the first week of April, three winners will be drawn at each location and receive a prize. Not only will this hold you accountable, but also help create the great habit of consistency to achieve your goals even after the challenge is over. We are here to help you achieve your fitness goals, one check-in at a time!
