MARCH FITNESS CHALLENGE
If you want to be the best you have to learn from the best. Join us in our new March Workout Madness Fitness Challenge where you can train like the pros in a weekly workout routine that is based on the training habits of your favorite NCAA teams. Complete your weekly workout like the NCAA pros do and see if you can keep up.
How to Participate
- Pick up your March Workout Madness calendar at the Service/Front Desk.
- See how many workouts you can complete each week.
- When you finish the weekly exercise, place a check mark in the “Done” square to mark it completed.
- Fill out and turn in your finished calendar to the Service/Front Desk for a chance to win a prize!
By the way - Have you ever done a Leg Press,Chest Press or Incline Press before? Feel free to ask a Fitness Rep to help you set up your equipment. Make sure to try all the exercises whether they are familiar or not - you never know when you'll find something you'd like to add to your regular routine!
