New Month, New Challenge! Join us in the month of May for a calendar challenge focused on Core and Cardio! Pick up your calendar from the Service Desk to get started. All participants that complete 15 days of exercise will be entered into the raffle for a prize! We have created the monthly calendar to include two daily exercise challenges. They are labeled as beginner and expert levels. Complete your chosen exercises using your best technique. Safety first! Some days you may opt to the beginner level, other days challenge yourself and chose the expert option. When you finish a daily exercise, circle it on the calendar to mark it complete. See how many daily exercises you can complete during the course of the month.
To be entered into the raffle, complete 15 daily challenges, and return your calendar to the Service Desk by June 5th, 2021. Good Luck!
