These lessons are designed to teach children and adults water skills while developing mental and physical well-being. All levels of swim promote personal safety, stroke development and personal growth. Class will be open to both Members ($68) and Non-Members ($88).

Parisi Vertical Jump Camp - (CANCELED)

Improve your vertical jump. An athlete’s success on the court can depend on their ability to truly explode off the ground. Training at the Parisi Speed School can get you ready to jump higher. Our training methods focus on eccentric force development and muscle recruitment for increased gain to your vertical jump. Ages: 14 - 18 years old.
