We MISS YOU and pray all of you are doing well hanging out at home practicing #SocialDistancing, doing your part to #SlowTheSpread! We know it is not easy to #StayHome and be unable to carry out your normal daily #fitness routine!
In an effort to Stay Connected and Stay Active we INVITE you to engage with us through Social Distance Fitness Week!
Next week, all followers, members and coworkers can virtually “check in” with their peers through Social Distancing Fitness Week!
What is Social Distancing Fitness Week?
#SDFW is a fun, creative way to engage our social community (Members, Coworkers and followers) by providing a daily themed posts you can all engage with on social media. WE KNOW that many of you will enjoy posting, engaging and sharing your personal stories of how you are being creative and #WorkingOutAtHome. We also know that some will not post (and that’s okay) but will scroll, like, comment and share posts - we LOVE that just as much! What a simple, effective way to reconnect some familiar faces and provide some laughter and knowledge in these unprecedented times.
WHEN is Social Distancing Fitness Week?
#SDFW begins Monday, March 30th and runs through Friday, April 3rd
WHAT are the daily Themes?
✅ Monday, March 30 - Motivational Quote or Fitness Meme/GIF Day
✅ Tuesday, March 31 - Share Your Workout Day
✅ Wednesday, April 1 - Virtual Food Day
✅ Thursday, April 2 Shout out to your Fitness Family Day
✅ Friday, April 3 - FAQ Friday, Ask our Fitness experts Day
Here’s the breakdown:
1. We will encourage our social community to follow directions for the theme of the day
2. Take a picture or video
3. Post the picture or video and a description on social media channel(s) of choice
4. Add #FranciscanFitness and/or #SDFW (Social Distancing Fitness Week)
EXTRA: tag your Franciscan Health Fitness Centers, workout bestie, instructor, trainer and beloved staff member to do the same. You are welcome to post on your personal pages and encouraged to tag us.

Your participation is 100% voluntary. Even if you don’t post content, check in and see how our member and coworker families are adjusting in our environments.
Participate in as many days as you’d like and post as many times as you want. We’ll be using #FranciscanFitness and #SDFW to look at the most creative and engaging posts that will get added to a recap story of the week-long virtual event.
