It is 2020 and Franciscan Health Fitness Centers wants you to reach your fitness goals! Our Chicago Heights location has designed four challenges for members to participate in. This New Year, we want these challenges to help motivate you to become the new you. Our challenges will lead you into a habit of living a healthy lifestyle and will produce positive changes in your body and health that you can see by this spring. All four of these challenges will last 60 days and winners will be announced by the end.
