It is 2020 and Franciscan Health Fitness Centers wants you to reach your fitness goals! Our Chicago Heights location has four challenges for members to participate in. This new year, we want these challenges to help motivate you to the new you. These challenges will lead you into a habit of living a healthy lifestyle and will produce positive changes that you can see by this spring. All four of these challenges will last 60 days. By the end of the 60 days, winners will be announced for the challenges.

3. MyZone (Most MEPS) Challenge
4. Mix It Up Challenge
