Step It Up Fitness Challenge
The American Heart Association promotes 10,000 steps a day for a healthy lifestyle. Get your daily steps in this month in our Step It Up Fitness Challenge. Weather too cold or rainy to walk outside or you are up to an even bigger challenge? Get on our Stair Master, Jacobs Ladder, or Incline treadmills to help you step up your game and make it to the finish line!
How to participate:
- Use our tracking sheet to see how much you improve your daily steps.
- Choose a level and commit to that many steps per day for four weeks. Every level takes you to a different location in Indiana.
- Pick your destination and step your way there.
Beginner Level: 6,000 steps/day = 42,000 steps/week = Rochester IN
Intermediate Level: 8,000 steps/day = 56,000 steps/week = Lafayette IN
Advanced Level : 10,000 steps/day = 70,000 steps/week = Carmel IN
