The Train with a Trainer Event offers current Members or Non-Members an opportunity to get a “taste” of what a Semi-Private Training session is like. This event is important because it allows members to see how training in a small group will benefit them by trying something new as well as taking their workout to another level. These people may have been hesitant to try it without knowing what it is exactly or what kind of workout they would get. It’s also important to remind our members of the Personal Training options that are available to them. We had almost all of our sessions filled 2 weeks ahead of the event!
"We have a wonderful mix of people at all different fitness levels. It was very educational for some participants to see which exercise they should start with and how to progress it when they are ready. They were also coached on how to maintain proper form during the exercises to keep a consistent and efficient workout.
Seeing the joy and smile on their faces while doing new exercises is priceless. It’s awesome to hear someone say 'We’re going to remember this workout for the rest of the week!' because of how much they enjoyed training with new people and a new routine.
After each session, participants were able to ask questions about our Personal Training offerings, as well as chat about personal goals and which programs would best suit each individual." said Kerri, Full Time Certified Personal Trainer
