TRX Take Over
TRX is designed to make you engage your entire body to perform exercises, build overall muscular strength, endurance, and a rock-solid core. TRX is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. TRX utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. TRX training is great for flexibility, balance and coordination. Although suspension training is a strength workout, you'll almost certainly find your heart pounding.
