New to the Schererville schedule, Yoga will now be offered for free for our members! There aretwo Yoga classes being offered, Yoga Foundations and Yoga Flow. Yoga Foundations is a 60-minute introduction to breathing, poses, alignment, props, modifications. You will leave with a greater understanding of the physical aspect of the practice. Yoga Flow is 75-minutes and will dive deeper into the breathwork, salutations, twists, and balance-challenging the body as the flow guides you to a deeper state of reflection.

Passionate about readingand Constant AndNever-ending Improvement (CANI), Tea began implementing a daily practice,which led to lifestyle changes and seeking formal instruction.Tea is a certified Yoga Instructor (700-CYT) and a Certified Hypnosis and Visualization Coach. Tea teaches from the perspective that not only is everybody unique, but even theright and left sides of our bodies are different and to honor that.She believes in following a daily/seasonal routine and listening to what your body is telling you.
