Our workouts are high-intensity team workouts that are fast, fun and proven to get rapid results. Our Certified Personal Trainers specialize in strength training, weight loss, flexibility and overall quality of life using 9 unique training types.
High Intensity Interval Training is a full-body workout that calls for repeated bouts of short, high-intensity exercise intervals, intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery. HIIT is an effective way to burn fat and improve athletic capacity and overall condition. (30, 45 or 60 minutes)

Get your heart pumping, work up a sweat and burn through the calories! This nonstop class is designed to maximize your workout in a short amount of time; with bouts of strength, cardio and core training. (45 minutes)
Use wrestling, Jujitsu, Muay Thai and boxing techniques to improve overall strength and conditioning. Participants must be able to kneel, and MMA gloves are required. (60 minutes)
This exhilarating class combines jump roping, agility and plyometric (jump training) moves to improve your overall fitness level. (60 minutes)
A high intensity workout blending body weight and resistance training with aerobic drills to improve overall speed, agility, balance, strength and endurance. (60 minutes)
Get the best of both worlds with this cycling and strength training class that will challenge your overall physical fitness. In this class, the possibilities are endless. You never know what’s in store, but one thing is for sure, you will leave “turnt and burnt.” (60 or 90 minutes)
This class includes cardio, calisthenics, striking, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises. Have your gloves and be ready to sweat like crazy, build a rock-solid core and burn up the calories. (60 minutes)
Punch and kick your way into top notch condition. This cardio and core workout will help you improve your physique with power moves focusing on endurance, strength and coordination. This is a non-contact class and no gloves are needed. (60 minutes)
