About Personal Training

Whether you are a new member looking to kick start your fitness program, or a long-time fitness fanatic, you will find a personal trainer is the perfect addition to your gym experience. Our personal trainers offer you one-on-one attention, and can offer personal training for injuries or special medical conditions.

New members can be given a FREE assessment ($75 value) to set specific goals and determine their options. Our Certified Personal Trainers will take circumference, weight, and body fat measurements to determine your baseline for future goals. A reassessment is then recommended every 12 weeks to monitor your progression. All assessments and reassessments are free of charge.

We offer several types of Personal Training, so you can choose which type fits you best!

    The Myzone® belt accurately monitors your heart rate to determine effort exerted and caloric burn. While wearing the Myzone® belt during your session, your information will be streamed to screens within the fitness center - enabling our trainers to hold you accountable during your training.

    All participants must complete a complimentary fitness assessment ($75 value), which helps our trainers customize your Personal Training experience and keep you safe during the session. Your assessments will also help you know your baseline, measure your progress and set attainable goals that will keep you motivated.
