BODYPUMP Express

Box & Burn
Train like a boxer in this high intensity cardio and strength workout. Gloves are needed for combat against boxing bags.
Senior Express
Dynamic, low impact workout designed for the young at heart. Will improve aerobic fitness & burn body fat. All ages welcome.

Challenge all of your muscles to get strong and toned using your own body weight and a variety of equipment while adding some cardio to the mix. This class is full of surprises so be ready for anything.
