Whether you are a new member looking to kickstart your fitness journey or a long-time fitness enthusiast hoping to elevate your workouts, a Personal Trainer may be the key to unlocking your full potential! After a comprehensive fitness assessment, your trainer will design a personalized training program that is aligned with your current fitness level and your desired goals, monitor your progress to ensure you are meeting your fitness goals. Personal Trainers provide cues for proper form as well as offer progressions and regressions as needed to match your fitness level and goals.
Available to members 16 years of age and over. A fitness assessment is required to be completed annually for Personal Training members.
We offer several types of Personal Training, so you can choose which type fits you best!
Private: A Personal Trainer coaches you in a one-on-one setting. A connection is established and will continue to grow as they hold you accountable, support your goals, and challenge you while working safely within your fitness level.
Semi-Private: A Personal Trainer coaches you and one other individual. The programming is customized to address the goals of both clients. Semi-Private clients must be prearranged and both present to complete a semi-private personal training session.
Team Training: A Personal Trainer coaches in a group setting with a maximum of 12 clients. This program offers sessions with modalities such as Strength, Burn, Functional, etc. Every session is designed to be appropriate for all fitness levels. Team Training allows you to engage with other members and keep each other motivated. Learn new exercises, challenge yourself, and experience an affordable way to be coached by a professional and stay accountable.
One-on-One Personal Training: Get a fully customized fitness experience designed just for you. With individualized coaching, tailored workouts, and ongoing support, one-on-one training ensures every session aligns with your goals—whether it’s building strength, losing fat, improving mobility, balance or boosting overall health. You’ll receive expert guidance, accountability, and motivation every step of the way, so you can train smarter, stay consistent, and see real results.
Buddy Sessions: Train with a partner and double the motivation! Buddy training offers the same personalized coaching and structured workouts as one-on-one training, but with the added energy and accountability of working out together. It’s a fun, cost-effective way to stay consistent, challenge each other, and share the journey—while still getting expert guidance tailored to both of your fitness levels and goals.
Small Group Training: Experience the energy of group fitness with the personal attention of a trainer. Small group training brings together 3–8 participants for dynamic, results-driven workouts designed to challenge every fitness level. You’ll enjoy the motivation and accountability of a team atmosphere while still receiving expert coaching, proper form correction, and tailored modifications. It’s an affordable, fun, and supportive way to build strength, improve endurance, and stay consistent.
Each trainer can also provide you with assisted stretching.
Each trainer can also provide you with training in the pool. Water exercise is an outstanding workout that is lower impact on your joints.
