I have belonged to Omni for over a year. Great place for your workout. I have Parkinson's and the therapy pool is one of the best exercises I can do according to my doctors. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Best money I spend each month.

big gym. I love playing racquetball and using the equipment but the only issue is that the steam room in the locker room smells like smelly feet. and there is a heafty membership fee. the pools are nice size and it is a kid friendly place.

Nice facility and lots of options to get in shape. Did a tour and didn't sign up. When I went it was $90 registration and then $60 monthly. (minus like $7 for college students) but they said it would go up in November to $99 or $150 a month

Sports Training Classes
This toning and conditioning class uses barbells and focuses on higher repetition, lower weight sets. Challenge all of your major muscle groups as you test your muscular endurance in this class.
This high energy, full-out class is for those looking for a cardio and strength workout. Part of the class is on the bike, part is doing strength exercises on land. The class will take place in the cycle room, but will be an extraordinary experience that will give you a great workout.

This innovative program involves cycling techniques modeled after outdoor cycling. Your ride can be easy or intense - you decide. Motivating techniques & music will allow you to take your workout to the next level.
