Toilet Paper Lift with a Side of Soup – Home Workout

Store shelves being emptied made national headlines, especially when it came to toilet paper. Let’s put some of those items to good use in a fun, creative way that provides some physical benefits.

Equipment:  One roll of toilet paper (TP) and 2 cans of soup

Warm up

☑️30 jumping jacks with TP forward and up

☑️20 figure 8 squats with TP

☑️Arm circles passing TP

☑️Side lunges reaching TP

☑️Frankenstein kicks

 

Work out

✔️Soup cans in each hand, TP in between goal post squeeze TP while working upper body with cans

✔️Bicep curls squeezing TP between legs lifting heals off ground

✔️Triceps dips one arm on TP roll at a time

✔️Plank reaching TP roll out front of body bringing it back

✔️Plank tapping feet on TP roll

✔️Chest fly crunches, cans in hands TP roll between legs

✔️Leg lowers TP roll in between legs

✔️Toe touches reaching TP towards feet in air

✔️Glute bridges squeezing TP roll

✔️Supine passing TP roll back and forth to work back and glutes

 

Cool Down

☑️Child pose using soup cans to add stretch through upper body

☑️Roll side to side

☑️Leg straddle using can to accentuate the stretch

☑️Rock and roll

☑️Upper body stretches
