Our Chesterton, Chicago Heights, and Schererville Fitness Centers will be offering special sessions to Train with a Trainer! That's right, these FREE 30 minute sessions give you a real experience of how our Personal Training workouts can help you get results!
Whether you are a new member looking to kick start your fitness program, or a long-time fitness fanatic, you will find a personal trainer to be the perfect addition to your gym experience. Our personal trainers offer you one-on-one attention, and can offer personal training for injuries or special medical conditions.
WE KNOW TRAINING! We offer three types of Personal Training: One - on - One, Semi-Private/Buddy (2-6 people), and Small Group Training (6-12 people) so you can choose a type that fits you best! And with 40+ Personal Trainers, we are sure to have people that fit your personality, style, and preferences.
WE KNOW RESULTS! Our Professional Personal Trainers are all committed to ensure our members get Results! All of our Personal Trainers are certified and often hold a specialty degree within a specific area of focus.

What type of session should I expect? These FREE sessions are modeled off of our Semi-Private Personal Training sessions, and will include up to 6 people (6) people per time slot.
How long are the sessions? These FREE sessions are 30 minutes long.
What should I wear? Come dressed in your workout attire, and bring your Myzone belt, if you have one!
What is Myzone? Myzone is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.
What if I don't have a Myzone belt? No problem, we have belts on hand if you need to use one.
Will someone be present if I want to learn more about Personal Training options? Yes, we will have plenty of staff members available to answer all of your questions.
What are some key advantages of Personal Training? Our Personal Trainers help keep you accountable. We provide instruction on how to safely use equipment.
