National Senior Health & Fitness Day is the last Wednesday in May each year. We support and encourage our senior members every day for getting their workouts done either at the Club or at home!

DANCE FITNESS GROUP EXERCISE CLASS OFFERED ON MONDAYS AT 6:45PM Join us for our Dance Fitness Class on Monday's with Michelle. Enjoy a throw down, heart stompin' good time with choreographed line dances that combine body movement and footwork from country, hop-hop, ballet and Latin dance moves. A breakdown of each dance will be demonstrated so everyone can follow along.

The Chicago Heights Club and Chesterton pools have all been converted to salt water. Members have been very happy with the differences the conversion made.
