We created the Group Exercise Class At Home Workouts series as a way to keep in touch with members, provide a taste of our beloved club atmosphere and connect you with some familiar faces all in an effort to help us Stay Active and Stay Connected, together. Our online At Home Workouts are condensed versions of our normal group exercise classes. The volume has been modified to be compatible across devices for playback.
