Our LesMills ReLaunch Luau Party kicked off Monday, July 15th and ran through Saturday, July 20th with every class being a celebration! This LesMills Relaunch Week was a great way to try out new classes that you haven’t tried before, with two instructors in each class to help you get set up and make sure your form is correct. LesMills routines can also be geared to any fitness level with optional exercises for higher or lower abilities.
