National Medical Fitness Week MOVE150 Challenge encourages us to be physically active at least 150 minutes per week. Simply pick up a MOVE150 card at the Chesterton Service Desk and get moving. 




Our Member Apreciation Days have some surprises in store - plan to spend some time with us on April 25th & 26th! The classes that will be offered are the regular group exercise classes -check the online schedule for times.
