SWIMMING: April 1st@ 5pm with Carensa
CYCLING: April 3rd@ 5:30pm with Norma
RUN: April 7th@ 6pm with Jen
Indoor Triathlon Instructions
1. Choose the distance you will complete in the month of April:
2. Pick up your score card at the Service Desk
3. Log your workouts on the Indoor Tri Score Card
4. Hit your goal
5. Turn in your Score Card to the Service Desk
Please note: If you cannot swim or run you can still participate!
Group Exercise Classes Count towards each discipline:
Aqua Aerobics Class= 600 yards (Swim)
Cycling Class= 10 Miles (Bike)
Other Cardio Classes (Dance Fitness, Zumba= 4 Miles (Run))
