Re-Opening in Phases for Your Safety

Franciscan Health Fitness Centers:
A note to our members

UPDATED September 10, 2020

All of our Fitness Clubs are open with proper social distancing and safety measures. As COVID-19 is an evolving situation, Franciscan Health Fitness Centers continues to make decisions based on sound data in accordance with state and local guidelines along with member feedback.

Staff and members continue to have temperatures taken. Temperatures of 100.0 or higher not being allowed access to the gym. All club members and staff are required to wear face masks at all times, that cover your mouth and nose, except while working out.

We thank all of our members of staying connected with us during these difficult times. For those of you who are considering coming to the club, we encourge you to schedule a safety tour so you can feel comfortable of what measures are in place to keep our members, staff and community safe.

All three of our locations are offering Group Exercise classes and Personal Training, in limited capacities. See each club location for specific details.

As always, cleaning and sanitizing is a primary focus and the detailed re-open plans include members having a part to play in keeping the Fitness Center environment safe. Fill stations have replaced water fountains and bottled water is also for sale.

As medically based Fitness Centers, we have the benefit of our Franciscan Alliance healthcare experts, which includes a team of infectious disease doctors, who have guided, vetted and support our re-opening regimen.

As a reminder, we’ve always used hospital-grade cleaning products on our equipment and surfaces and will continue to do so. The primary product we use throughout the Fitness Centers is categorized as a heavy-duty sanitizer/virucide cleaner that destroys viruses.

As COVID-19 is an evolving situation, Franciscan Health Fitness Centers continues to make decisions based on sound data in accordance with state and local guidelines along with member feedback. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to our staff. Safety is always paramount in the protection of our members, visitors and staff.
