In celebration of International Day of Yoga on Saturday, June 21st, we are offering two Yoga classes on our patio! Join us for a good stretch while taking in the beautiful outdoors. Wrap up the end of a busy week re-centering and finding balance before the weekend.
- 7:30am Elaine's Slow Flow - slow flow emphasis on holding poses for several breaths instead of moving with each breath. Building strength, flexibility, and range of control. Emphasizing calmness, self-reflection, and breath work.
- 11:00am Debbie S.'s Chakra Awakening - a series of yoga poses designed to open and balance the body's energy centers: Om, Lam, Vam, Ram, Yam, Ham, Sham.
Pre-registration required at the Service Desk. Classes will be held on the back patio behind the pool. All yoga mats, blocks, and straps will be provided.
