MFA is the country’s leading organization dedicated solely to medically integrated wellness and fitness facilities. Our facilities are proud to represent a select, elite group of fitness centers in the world to become certified as medical fitness facilities by the Medical Fitness Association (MFA). Assessment

Highlight Description:

All new members are offered a free assessment with one of our exercise specialists. Our specialists determine a baseline for future goals by taking your measurements. Based on your information, your specialist will help you decide which type of training best fits your personal goals. These assessments are non-invasive, non strenuous, and only take about 35 - 50 minutes to complete. A reassessment is recommended every 3 months. To schedule your assessment, simply contact our Fitness Department to get started.
