Whether you are a new member looking to kick start your fitness program, or a long-time fitness fanatic, you will find a personal trainer is the perfect addition to your gym experience. Our personal trainers offer you Private Training (1 on 1), buddy training (2 people - Chicago Heights only), Small Group Training (2 - 4 people), and Team Training (6+ people). 

New members are also given a FREE assessment ($75 value) to set specific goals and determine their options. Our non-intimidating Fitness Assessments provides you the opportunity to talk with a Certified Personal Trainer to discuss your fitness and health goals. Leave your assessment with confidence, knowing your fitness level and baseline measurements to ensure you reach your goals, safely. Most importantly, you leave with a starting point allowing you to track your success as you progress.

With 40+ Personal Trainers, we have people that fit your personality, style, and preferences.

We offer several types of Personal Training, so you can choose which type fits you best!
