Ear Candling
Highlight Description:
This centuries-old practice is used to relieve pressure, wax build-up and inner-ear blockage. The treatment involves soothing facial massage, followed by placing a slow-burning cylinder gently into your ear. The cylinder is then lit at the opposite end to create a vacuum. You experience no discomfort whatsoever as the vacuum helps to soothe and relax your ear.

Pre-Post Natal Massage
Highlight Description:
This therapy encompasses massage work done during pregnancy and postpartum. Many of the techniques are similar to what you experience during a regular therapeutic massage session, but they are tailored to the needs of the mother and her current phase of pregnancy. The mother will be positioned to help relieve pressure on the back, pelvis, hips, and abdomen. The goal of perinatal massage is also very similar to that of a regular massage session: loosen the strain on muscles and joints, promote relaxation, decrease stress hormones, and increase blood and lymphatic circulation. Perinatal massage can also help facilitate a more naturally progressive, relaxed, and at times, faster labor. A release from a Medical Professional is required for Pre and Post Natal Massages
