About Small Group Training

When joining our small group training program, you can choose from a variety of programs that match your fitness level. Our sessions will allow you to meet other members and work as a team to complete your workouts and keep each other motivated. By taking advantage of these sessions, you can also learn new exercises, challenge yourself, and experience an affordable way to be coached and held accountable by our staff of trainers.

  • Assessment

    All participants must complete a complimentary fitness assessment, which helps our trainers customize your SGT experience and keep you safe during the session. Your assessments will also help you know your baseline, measure your progress and set attainable goals that will keep you motivated.

  • Programs for All Levels

    Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to the gym, Franciscan Health Fitness Centers has a small group training program that is right for you. Choose from beginner, intermediate or advanced level classes so you can challenge yourself while staying safe.

  • MYZONE®

    The MYZONE® belt accurately monitors your heart rate to determine effort exerted and caloric burn. While wearing the MYZONE® belt during your session, your information will be streamed to screens within the fitness center - enabling our trainers to hold you accountable during small group training.
