Dance Fitness Exercise Class

DANCE FITNESS GROUP EXERCISE CLASS OFFERED ON MONDAYS AT 6:45PM Join us for our Dance Fitness Class on Monday's with Michelle. Enjoy a throw down, heart stompin' good time with choreographed line dances that combine body movement and footwork from country, hop-hop, ballet and Latin dance moves. A breakdown of each dance will be demonstrated so everyone can follow along.

Don't forget to replace shoes when they become broken down and no longer support or fit your feet.
