Supervised by one of our trained professionals, aquatics can serve as a unique and advantageous alternative to other forms of physical exercise.

Aquatics Classes
Ab-solution Walking Workout
Learn ways to stroll through the water and strengthen your abdominals. Experience simplistic patterns and isolation techniques that create a powerful water walking program emphasizing core muscle use. Suitable for all ability levels. (starts at 4:10pm)
Aqua Basics
H2O experience of muscle strengthening, range of motion, Pilates, Neuromuscular & Balance exercises, strengthening, Yoqua, Tia Chi and Ai Chi.
Aqua Blast
Looking for a low impact, resistance-based workout? This class is for you. Reduce the stress on your joints while strengthening your muscles and having fun.
Aqua Flow
This is a class easy on the joints to help everyone move better, increase your flexibil- ity and decrease your pain. NO equipment is used-only the resistance of the water.
Aqua Motion
Splash into fitness with a wet & wonderful workout! Simple choreography & resistance variations will give you a fun & effective workout.
Aqua Zumba - 45 min
Come and join the dance party and get your cardio workout with Latin dance moves. This class is lots of fun, high energy, great cardio and easy on the joints. Come make some waves!
Aqua Zumba - 55 min
Dance your way to fitness while being in the water. Simple choreography & resistance variations will give you a fun workout.
Deep H20
Challenge yourself in the deep end of the pool. You will feel the entire body workout. All levels are welcome. If you are uncomfortable in the deep end, please enjoy the workout from the shallow water or assist yourself on the wall.
Early Splash
Start your morning off with this energizing cardio class. This class will get that heart pumpin’ and leave you ready to face the day’s challenges. All levels welcome.
H2O Challenge
Everyone should challenge themselves, especially in fitness. This class uses a variety of equipment for each muscle group.
Hydro HIIT
A combination of bursts of intense exercises & varying periods. This class is a fun way to train your whole body.
Suspended Strength
Build your core while moving on noodles and using weights to strengthen upper and lower body simultaneously.
