Cycling - 45 min
This innovative program involves cycling techniques modeled after outdoor cycling. Your ride can be easy or intense - you decide. Motivating techniques & music will allow you to take your workout to the next level.
Dance Fitness
Enjoy a throw down, heart stompin' good time with choreographed line dances that combine body movement and footwork from country, hip-hop, ballet, and latin dance moves. A breakdown of each dance will be demonstrated so everyone can follow along.
Early Splash
Start your morning off with this energizing cardio class. This class will get that heart pumpin’ and leave you ready to face the day’s challenges. All levels welcome.
Hip Hop Step
This high-octane class will surely get you steppin' and sweatin' to all your favorite hip hop tracks.
Hydro HIIT
A combination of bursts of intense exercises & varying periods. This class is a fun way to train your whole body.
Hyperkick
A high energy class that combines kickboxing, strength, and cardio movements. This fast paced class will challenge all fitness levels and have you getting stronger and burning calories while having fun.
LesMills Virtual SH'BAM
SH'BAM™ is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. Your instructor will guide you through simple, sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist.
LesMills Virtual SPRINT
SPRINT™ is a workout of high intensity, designed using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
Line Dancing
This fun Line Dancing class can help you improve your fitness level by having fun! A variety of music is played, so there is something for everyone. Steps are shown at the beginning and during each dance.
