Senior Fitness training at Franciscan Health Fitness Centers is designed to encourage older adults to keep living an active, healthy lifestyle. Our variety of classes focus on working directly with the young at heart who want to take part in fun, safe exercises.

Aqua Blast
Looking for a low impact, resistance-based workout? This class is for you. Reduce the stress on your joints while strengthening your muscles and having fun.
Aqua Flow
This is a class easy on the joints to help everyone move better, increase your flexibil- ity and decrease your pain. NO equipment is used-only the resistance of the water.
Aqua Zumba - 45 min
Come and join the dance party and get your cardio workout with Latin dance moves. This class is lots of fun, high energy, great cardio and easy on the joints. Come make some waves!
Aqua Zumba - 55 min
Dance your way to fitness while being in the water. Simple choreography & resistance variations will give you a fun workout.
Bone Builders
Helps to build strong bones, increase core strength, improve posture & flexibility. Includes both standing and sitting exercises.
Cycling - 45 min
This innovative program involves cycling techniques modeled after outdoor cycling. Your ride can be easy or intense - you decide. Motivating techniques & music will allow you to take your workout to the next level.
Deep H20
Challenge yourself in the deep end of the pool. You will feel the entire body workout. All levels are welcome. If you are uncomfortable in the deep end, please enjoy the workout from the shallow water or assist yourself on the wall.
Gentle Senior Express
Are you new to fitness or coming back to fitness? By combining cardiovascular and resistance, this class will help prepare you for daily activities. Most exercises are done seated.
Senior Express
Dynamic, low impact workout designed for the young at heart. Will improve aerobic fitness & burn body fat. All ages welcome.
Sit & Strength
Chairs are available for you to sit while you strengthen your body with weights and bands, a great way to help your body without the impact on your joints.
