Well first being open anytime of the day or night is a huge plus. I love not worrying about what time I get off work or if they will be open because they always are. They are constantly looking out for their members with promotions, free food and holiday celebrations!

This is a total body strengthening class using functional movements of the upper and lower body, while incorporating internal body resistance, gravity, and balance to improve your core strength! Class Capacity: 29
Challenge yourself in the deep end of the pool. You will feel the entire body workout. All levels are welcome. If you are uncomfortable in the deep end, please enjoy the workout from the shallow water or assist yourself on the wall.
Feel fit by toning major muscle groups and increasing your endurance. The class includes low impact aerobics (no bouncing), easy to follow dance steps, and strength exercises. Class Capacity: 29
Chairs are available to all class participants in Gentle Yoga. Most everything we do in this class can be done from a chair, though we will use the floor for some simple stretching exercises. "Do what you can do, don't do what you can't do.”

If you like to step and are ready for some fun, this class is for you! This class consists of 40 minutes of stepping, along with an aerobic cool down and core exercises. Class Capacity: 29
This class was designed by the Arthritis Foundation for those individuals with impaired joint strength, range of motion, or other physical challenges. The goal of this aquatic class is to increase the participants' range of motion for everyday living.
The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. This toning and conditioning class uses barbells and focuses on higher repetition, lower weight sets. Challenge all of your major muscle groups as you test your muscular endurance in this class.
This fun Line Dancing class can help you improve your fitness level by having fun! A variety of music is played, so there is something for everyone. Steps are shown at the beginning and during each dance.

This introduction to Yoga class is designed to familiarize beginners with basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques. With an emphasis on personal instruction, this class gives you a solid foundation before moving into and on to other yoga classes.
