Ab-solution Walking Workout
Learn ways to stroll through the water and strengthen your abdominals. Experience simplistic patterns and isolation techniques that create a powerful water walking program emphasizing core muscle use. Suitable for all ability levels. (starts at 4:10pm)
Aqua Blast
Take your aquatics training to the next level with our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that will produce high powered results.
Aqua Flow
Using only the resistance of the water, this class will improve mobility and increase your flexibility to help decrease pain.
Aqua Motion
Splash into fitness with a wet & wonderful workout! Simple choreography & resistance variations will give you a fun & effective workout.
Aqua Zumba - 45 min
Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua AUMBA blends the ZUMBA philosophy with water resistance, for a pool party that you shouldn't miss.
Aqua Zumba - 50 min
Come and join the dance party and get your cardio workout with Latin dance moves. This class is lots of fun, high energy, great cardio and easy on the joints. Come make some waves!
Balance Challenge
This is a beginner class, which focuses on balance, breath-work, and relaxation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Bone Builders
Helps to build strong bones, increase core strength, improve posture & flexibility. Includes both standing and sitting exercises.
Box & Burn
Train like a boxer in this high intensity cardio and strength workout. Gloves are needed for combat against boxing bags.
Dance Fitness
Enjoy a throw down, heart stompin' good time with choreographed line dances that combine body movement and footwork from country, hip-hop, ballet, and latin dance moves. A breakdown of each dance will be demonstrated so everyone can follow along.
Deep H20
Challenge yourself to a full body workout in the deep end of the pool. Aqua belts are encouraged for use in deep water.
Gentle Yoga
Chairs are available to all class participants in Gentle Yoga. Most everything we do in this class can be done from a chair, though we will use the floor for some simple stretching exercises. "Do what you can do, don't do what you can't do.”
H2O Challenge
This class uses a variety of aquatic equipment to target each muscle group in this total body strengthening experience.
Hydro HIIT
A combination of bursts of intense exercises & varying periods. This class is a fun way to train your whole body.
Line Dancing
This fun Line Dancing class can help you improve your fitness level by having fun! A variety of music is played, so there is something for everyone. Steps are shown at the beginning and during each dance.
Mat Pilates
Lengthen and strengthen. Join us for a mind body connection with movements that will provide a full body workout.

Strengthen your body with weights and bands while seated. This class offers a great way to help your body without the impact on your joints.
Strength & Balance
This class will help improve your strength, balance, flexibility, & gait patterns.
Suspended Strength
Build your core while moving on noodles and using weights to strengthen upper and lower body simultaneously.
TBC
Challenge all of your muscles to get strong and toned using your own body weight and a variety of equipment while adding some cardio to the mix. This class is full of surprises so be ready for anything.
The G.O.A.T.
Get moving and combine a variety of training techniques! Intervals of step, hi-lo, strength training, & kick boxing will keep you invigorated.

Join us for a full body workout that will help improve your cardiovascular strength and flexibility.
Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow links multiple Hatha Yoga poses together to create an active, flowing movement. This class will help improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Modifications and principles of alignment are given to allow participants to stay safe, yet to feel challenged. All levels welcome.
Yoga for Every "BODY"
This introduction to Yoga class is designed to familiarize beginners with basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques. With an emphasis on personal instruction, this class gives you a solid foundation before moving into and on to other yoga classes.
