Chairs are available to all class participants in Gentle Yoga. Most everything we do in this class can be done from a chair, though we will use the floor for some simple stretching exercises. "Do what you can do, don't do what you can't do.”
Great Step Off
If you like to step and are ready for some fun, this class is for you! This class consists of 40 minutes of stepping, along with an aerobic cool down and core exercises. Class Capacity: 29
H2O Challenge
Everyone should challenge themselves, especially in fitness. This class uses a variety of equipment for each muscle group.
H2O Moves
This class was designed by the Arthritis Foundation for those individuals with impaired joint strength, range of motion, or other physical challenges. The goal of this aquatic class is to increase the participants' range of motion for everyday living.
Hydro HIIT
A combination of bursts of intense exercises & varying periods. This class is a fun way to train your whole body.
LesMills BODYCOMBAT
The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. LesMills BODYPUMP
This toning and conditioning class uses barbells and focuses on higher repetition, lower weight sets. Challenge all of your major muscle groups as you test your muscular endurance in this class.
Line Dancing
This fun Line Dancing class can help you improve your fitness level by having fun! A variety of music is played, so there is something for everyone. Steps are shown at the beginning and during each dance.
Low Impact Cardio Sculpt
Increase your fat burning power by combining low impact and sculpting moves
Low Step & Sculpt
Same as Step 'n Sculpt but the step moves are basic and completely low impact (no bouncing). An excellent toning and aerobic class! Class Capacity: 24

This is a great workout for your core that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, as well as improve your posture and increase your flexibility. Class Capacity: 24
Morning Stretch
Wake up your body with a 45-minute morning stretch class. This class is a relaxing way to help rid yourself of any aches and pains and stretch the major muscle groups of your body.
Muscle Up
Sculpt & define every muscle group with super-effective exercises using the BOSU, resistance bands, weights and stability ball. Because you select your own resistance, this workout is ideal for everyone.
NIA
Nia integrates movements, concepts & philosophies from both Western and Eastern traditions. Benefits of this specialty class include cardiovascular condition- ing, flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation & endur- ance. Pilates
Pilates training promotes strong lean muscles, better balance, improved posture and body alignment. (starts at 6:20pm)
Senior Express
Dynamic, low impact workout designed for the young at heart. Will improve aerobic fitness & burn body fat. All ages welcome.

This class will help improve your strength, balance, flexibility, & gait patterns. This class is open to anyone wishing to improve balance & stability.
Strength & Motion

Yoga Flow links hatha yoga poses together to create an active, flowing style. This class will help improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Modifica- tions and principles of alignment are given to allow participants to stay safe, yet to feel challenged. All levels welcome.
Yoga for Every "BODY"
This introduction to Yoga class is designed to familiarize beginners with basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques. With an emphasis on personal instruction, this class gives you a solid foundation before moving into and on to other yoga classes.
