By far, the best kept private gym secret in the south suburbs. Been a member since they opened around the turn of the century. Largest indoor track in South suburbs and best basketball court u can find for lunchtime hoops!

A variety of classes with incredible instructors and a pool. Of course there is workout equipment. Very family friendly offering programs for the little ones as well as older kids. It’s a neighborhood gem. And gets very busy in the after-work hours and in the morning on weekends.

Physical therapy is incredible here. The pools are warm. Steam room, sauna, hot tub. Lots of classes to choose from. The rest of the gym is filled with top-notch equipment. Great place.

The healing from the sauna, therapy pool, and whirlpool have been beyond my expectations. I have very tight muscles from broken neck and spinal cord crushing. I can almost walk normally after just a few weeks. Should have started a year ago!

Great facility with a lot of equipment and space. Lap pool, therapy pool, whirlpool and sauna as well! Friendly staff and they keep the facility very clean. Plus they offer awesome classes included with membership.

Ab-solution Walking Workout
Learn ways to stroll through the water and strengthen your abdominals. Experience simplistic patterns and isolation techniques that create a powerful water walking program emphasizing core muscle use. Suitable for all ability levels. (starts at 4:10pm)
Looking for a low impact, resistance-based workout? This class is for you. Reduce the stress on your joints while strengthening your muscles and having fun.
This is a class easy on the joints to help everyone move better, increase your flexibil- ity and decrease your pain. NO equipment is used-only the resistance of the water.
Splash into fitness with a wet & wonderful workout! Simple choreography & resistance variations will give you a fun & effective workout.
Aqua Zumba - 45 min
Come and join the dance party and get your cardio workout with Latin dance moves. This class is lots of fun, high energy, great cardio and easy on the joints. Come make some waves!

This is a beginner class, which focuses on balance, breath-work, & relaxation for maximum energy (Chi) and health. Appropriate for all ages. Wear loose clothes.
Enjoy a throw down, heart stompin' good time with choreographed line dances that combine body movement and footwork from country, hip-hop, ballet, and latin dance moves. A breakdown of each dance will be demonstrated so everyone can follow along.
Challenge yourself in the deep end of the pool. You will feel the entire body workout. All levels are welcome. If you are uncomfortable in the deep end, please enjoy the workout from the shallow water or assist yourself on the wall.
Chairs are available to all class participants in Gentle Yoga. Most everything we do in this class can be done from a chair, though we will use the floor for some simple stretching exercises. "Do what you can do, don't do what you can't do.”

Build your core while moving on noodles and using weights to strengthen upper and lower body simultaneously.
Challenge all of your muscles to get strong and toned using your own body weight and a variety of equipment while adding some cardio to the mix. This class is full of surprises so be ready for anything. Smiles are required!
