Clean, great facilities, mostly for the 40 and older crowd but a few young people as well. I go for the therapy pool, whirlpool, Sauna, steam room. But there is much more to get you right!

I had one not cool experience from someone that worked there but the place is too awesome to allow that to stop me from coming. Fun classes. And a Cafe that make great smoothies. A place where kids can hang out while you are working out. One of my favorite places.

Ab-solution Walking Workout
Learn ways to stroll through the water and strengthen your abdominals. Experience simplistic patterns and isolation techniques that create a powerful water walking program emphasizing core muscle use. Suitable for all ability levels. (starts at 4:10pm)
Take advantage of the latest trend in fitness and bring your Aquatics training to the next level. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), including the specialized Tabata format, transitions into the water with high powered results.

Box & Burn
Challenge yourself in the deep end of the pool. You will feel the entire body workout. All levels are welcome. If you are uncomfortable in the deep end, please enjoy the workout from the shallow water or assist yourself on the wall.
Chairs are available to all class participants in Gentle Yoga. Most everything we do in this class can be done from a chair, though we will use the floor for some simple stretching exercises. "Do what you can do, don't do what you can't do.”
This fun Line Dancing class can help you improve your fitness level by having fun! A variety of music is played, so there is something for everyone. Steps are shown at the beginning and during each dance.

Yoga Flow links hatha yoga poses together to create an active, flowing style. This class will help improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Modifica- tions and principles of alignment are given to allow participants to stay safe, yet to feel challenged. All levels welcome.
Yoga for Every "BODY"
This introduction to Yoga class is designed to familiarize beginners with basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques. With an emphasis on personal instruction, this class gives you a solid foundation before moving into and on to other yoga classes.
